A la lecture de ce communiqué, Toseland confirme qu'il reste chez Ten Kate en SBK pour l'année prochaine.

Je me demande bien qui D'Antin va pouvoir avoir comme bon pilote maintenant...

As reported by Crash.net on Tuesday, Toseland and Ten Kate are currently on the verge of concluding a new deal for 2007 - meaning that the 2004 world champion has turned down an offer to switch to MotoGP with the d'Antin Ducati team.

"After careful consideration and while my MotoGP aspirations are still a priority, I would like to reclaim the World Superbike Championship crown for Honda and Ten Kate Racing," read a short statement on Toseland's official website. "I am therefore happy to wait one more year.

"The Ten Kate Honda has been fantastic this year. I enjoy working with the team - it is a highly professional outfit. After a strong winter testing programme and development of the Electronic Management System, the bike will put me in a strong position for next year's championship."

C'est bien de vouloir reconquérir un titre en SBK mais des offres pour aller en GP ça courre pas les rues. Il y a bcp de pilotes au portillon et il vient peut être la de rater sa chance...

humm le plateau des pilotes wsbk sera encore relevé l'an prochain. interressant.
Sinon cette news aurait plus eu sa place dans la section WSBK.

ça fait donc une rumeur ducati qui s'envole, on va finir par y voir plus clair (rien ne va changer en fait !)

C'est clair que ça me ferait bien rire que Cardoso et Hoffman restent l'année prochaine chez Dantin. On se serait égosiller sur le forum pour rien avec toutes ces rumeurs!!!:D :) :yes:

La Dorna voulai faire venir Haslam en MotoGP dans le team KR, pourquoi chez Dantin plutot dans la mesure où il est deja chez Ducat' en SBK British?

En même temps je comprend Toseland.
Il vaut mieux quoi :
- être en motogp et chaque we finir à 1 tour du vainqueur et encore quand les d'antins arrivent à finir
ou
- être dans un top team en superbike et avoir la possibilité chaque we de jouer la gagne.
