Cobra Squashed by GP Racer's Knee
A cobra slithered onto the track during Saturday's qualifying for the 125cc Malaysian Grand Prix and caused quite a stir.
Organizers reported the the snake reared up at Italian Lucio Cecchinello as he leaned into a corner. The cobra was squashed later by the knee of another Italian rider, Gino Borsoi.
Cecchinello finished seventh at the Malaysian GP. Borsoi did not finish in the top ten.
