Jamais personne ne portera le 46...
Tout simplement car ce serai s'estimer à la hauteur de ce numéro, et faut vraiment avoir une grande gueule...
Sinon je ne sais pas vraiment comment c'est attribué. Faut il faire une demande à la Dorna, qui choisit en cas de conflit, certains sont ils interdits, etc.... Bref, pas mal de questions...
