MOTOGP NewsMonday, 10th July 2006Kawasaki 800 test in August.

The Kawasaki Racing Team is expecting to test its new-for-2007 800cc MotoGP machine for the first time in August.

A team spokesman told Crash.net that the debut test is likely to take place in Japan, but was unable to confirm the machine's main technical features. The current 990cc Ninja ZX-RR, like the Yamaha M1, uses an inline four-cylinder engine.

At present, only Ducati has publicly tested its 800cc racer, with rival machines expected to break cover from Brno (in late August) onwards.

En gros pas grand chose, juste que Kawa annonce qu'ils espèrent tester leur 800 en Aout et qu'ils ont deja fait des essais au japon mais qu'ils ne confirment aucune caractéristique technique.
