D'après De Angelis, c'est Lowes qui a poussé Zarco qui a "glissé" et en voulant les éviter, il a chuté et a emmené le reste...

Alex De Angelis #15: "The start was good, in the first corner a contact with Aegerter caused the lost of some positions. The real problem came in the T3 sector when Lowes impacted Zarco causing his slip. I was behind them and to avoid to strike Zarco, I braked but I was tilted, the front closed and I fell. I had felt really ready for this race and I was hoping to catch a considerable result.
