Oui bouge mais il n'utilise pas ce mouvement à bon escient pour profiter d'un bon départ.. LOL
Le problème c'est pas qu'il soit loin ou proche de sa ligne, c'est qu'il profite de démarrer un poil avant pour avoir plus d'élan lors du départ. Mais bon dans ce cas, c'est pas vraiment le cas car on dirait qu'il coupe son mouvement avant de démarrer...

Anticipation of the start is defined by the motorcycle moving forward when the red lights are on. The Race Direction will decide if a penalty will be imposed and must arrange for the team to be notified of such penalty before the end of the fourth lap.

N'importe quel pilote qui anticipe le départ devra réaliser le trajet décrit sous l'article 1.19.

L'anticipation d'un départ, c'est lorsqu'un pilote bouge vers l'avant (avance) quand les ampoules rouge sont allumées. La direction de course décidera si une pénalité doit être imposée et doit prendre des dispositions pour que l'équipe du pilote soit notifiée d'une telle pénalité avant la fin des quatre premiers tours.

soit la direction de course a décidé de ne pas le pénaliser car trouvant qu'il ne beneficie d'aucun avantage
soit ils ont attendu trop longtemps et ont vu qu'il avait bougé après le 4ème tour.
Et vous parlez de réclamation de Honda ou Ducati ou Suzuki, mais ils n'ont pas le droit de porter réclamation, seul la direction de course (commissaires) peut dire quelque chose sinon ils ne s'en sortent pas

Il me semble pourtant qu'à l'époque au Quatar c'est Honda/GIbernau qui avait porté plainte contre Rossi pour balayage non autorisé, non ?

oui mais la veille (ou matin) de la course, la c'est pendant la course.

Tout pilote coupable d'un faux départ sera pénalisé par passage par la ligne des stands.
Le faux départ se juge si la moto avance lorsque les feux rouges sont allumés. Le directeur de course décidera si une pénalité sera appliqué ou pas. Le team doit être informé d'une telle décision avant la fin du 4ème tour.
