bon j'ai trouvé la réponse dans les déclarations de Marquez:
The incident was examined by Race Direction, who reprimanded Márquez for 'riding in an irresponsible manner' with a one-minute penalty to be added to his best lap time in Saturday's qualifying session.
Márquez's team lodged an appeal against the decision, following which FIM stewards confirmed the decision of Race Direction.
Wilairot was airlifted to hospital for precautionary medical checks, while Marquez walked away from the incident with minor injuries and was able to take part in the afternoon session, which he finished in 17th place.
"When the session was about to finish I went out to do a lap and check that everything was fine after the [first] crash." explained Marquez. "When the session was over and after the finish line, I was finishing the lap to go back to the garage when in the third corner - which is very fast - I saw a rider.
"I was not going too fast, but the track is very fast and in that corner, which is normally taken in fifth, I was maybe on fourth. When the other rider got out of the way I saw that Wilairot was behind him and I was not able to brake.
"I hope he is fine, because it was a hard crash and I was not seriously injured, so I wish him the best."
Il avait donc bien passé la ligne d'arrivée et rentrait au stand.
Il n'a en effet pas vu Wilairot qui était masqué par l'autre pilote.
voici la déclaration de la direction de course:
Race Direction imposed a time penalty of one minute to be added to Marquez’s qualifying time and a statement read: “On Friday 14th October after passing the chequered flag at the end of the first free practice rider Marc Marquez, rode in an irresponsible manner, causing danger to rider Ratthapark Wilairot which is an infringement to the Art 1.21.2 of the 2011 FIM Road Racing World Championship Grand Prix regulations. The Race Direction has decided to impose a time penalty of one minute to be added to the qualification time of Marc Marquez.”
